I had to keep a very strict food diary along with my symptoms following consumption for about 2 months this summer and fall due to health reasons. It really was quite helpful in finally reaching a diagnosis as well as really helping me to realize that I didn't eat as healthfully as I thought I did. Best of luck to you on doing this!
